No problem. Staff behavior was good and service was nice. Everything was excellent. I would recommend everyone to stay. Value for money. Room interior and facilities was good. Washroom was neat and clean.

Overall, I had a great experience... staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and clean, the location and the view 😍 I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown 👌🏻

Stay at cloud bay-during covid lockdown

Good safety measures against covid. Receptionist does all the work all by himself. No other staff to help him. But he is a very nice chap. Restaurant was very clean. Food was excellent.

The staffs are very rude behaving. Rooms are look like a modified old lodge room. Bathroom with bad smell. Very poor bathroom fittings. You will get a same room in a lodge at same area with a very low rate.
