property not upto its name... staff is Okey but being a resort all activities are paid ... rooms architecture is very old compared to other properties... overall all things need much much improvement

biggest resort of Himachal. very good experience we have. Food was awesome. staff is very polite. they have electric cars to move in property. all this complimentary. only 1 issue I face is very late room service and house keeping. other wise every thing is ok.

Excellent Stay

The staff was very polite and caring, property is very well maintained, there was no use of plastic even toothpaste was provided in paper package with wooden toothbrush (by this you can understand their efforts towards environment). Cricket was not available due to some issues but there were many other activities which we enjoyed. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely visit again. 5 stars out of 5.

Location wise it’s on road just after crossing kandaghat market, stay was very nice, staff was very well mannered and co operative! Property is beautiful and well maintained! All services including pick and drop from room, activities, buffet, room service are excellent! Suggest them to again open BARBECUE at hill top

The property was scenic but old and needed renovation. Other than the front desk staff, service was good. Front desk manager Kavita was unaware of the property rules and tried to grab money from us though we had already paid for our child as we made booking through MMT. She really troubled us for half an hour and asked us to vacate the property and ask for refund from MMT. She was very rude . But a good breakfast made our stay memorable.

Check time issue

Check out time 10 am is the saddest part doesn’t goes to a brand like club mahindra, other than this loved the lawn games, buffet is good, ambience is good, cars for carrying from rooms to restaurant good, only thing we do not like is check out time, breakfast time is 7.30 am to 10.30 am and check out time should be 12 noon

Disaster

Total disaster. Rooms reeked of damp and leakage, the “view” was a construction site, and you need a cab just to reach your room—feels like it’s in another town. Housekeeping took 30+ mins to get anything done. Food was bland and bad. Nothing worked. Miserable stay. Avoid at all costs.

Good Stay

Hi, the new rooms in this property are very well maintained. However, the new section is a bit isolated from the main area. They do offer excellent pick-and-drop service by car between the new and old buildings. The resort provides games and activities throughout the day for both kids and adults. Please note that the old building does not have a lift, and the dining area is located on levels -1 and -2. Overall, we had a very good experience. the staff is very co-operative and helpfull.

service are very bad , they assign you rooms far away , everytime you have to come in the main area you have to wait for the shuttle to come , same you have to wait for the in room service , I have ordered dinner for which I have to wait for 1.5 hrs , please don't pay that amount for this , you will get much better property in the same price.

Disrespectful Staff

Mr. Ayush at the reception was the most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with. His attitude was shockingly bad — rude, arrogant, and completely indifferent to guest comfort. From the moment we walked in, he behaved like he was doing us a favor just by talking to us. He had zero hospitality sense — no welcome, no smile, no willingness to help. When we asked basic questions, he responded with irritation and sarcasm. It was as if guests were a problem, not a priority. His body language and tone were cold and condescending. There was no apology, no explanation, and no courtesy — just pure disrespect. If the management thinks this is acceptable behavior, they clearly don’t care about guest experience. A property may look premium, but with staff like this at the front desk, it becomes a complete disaster. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place. No respect. No service. Just attitude.
