Reception staff behavior is not good

Rooms were perfect at club Mahindra and food was amazing too. Since I booked from MMT so the process was smooth checkin checkout

it was a good stay, food was really good. the manager assigned Aakash was super energetic , positive and very helpful. good resort with kids. overall staff was courteous .

Very basic room

Average stay at this property not properly maintained. Washroom was poorly maintained and hot water supply was a problem

Overall good stay, have some limitations due to location exclusivity, inconvenient fresh rooms and limited recreational room. Buffet is amazing.

I think they have the best hill top room with valley view just 5 min away from gunhill point.

The location of the property is excellent. It' is located bang in town on the mall road and yet is exclusive and private.

Poor

Location is nearly about 0. 5 km from mall road. The route is very steep but if you are not having good driving skills you can call the staff. They will escort you and your vehicle. The food is fantastic. More than 7 stars. The staff is very cooperative. If you want to go to the mall road they will provide you a vehicle from both sides. Prices are little high but stay is prioritizes. Must stay !

Hand sanitizer placed all places in hotel. Baggage sanitized before entering the hotel for all customers, thats great.

Approach to the hotel is very narrow and steep. No microwave in the room. Water supply not available for full day. Will never visit again.

Club Mahindra, Mussoorie is a beautiful destination for relaxation. Do visit, the typical pahadi type alignment of rooms is unique! Supportive staff and food is a sum! We enjoyed Garhwali traditional thali in the food court. Good authentic taste and nicely explained by Steward Saheb Bag, the names of delicacies and grains used. Must visit place.

Not so good experience with this property. Little far from City centre.
