Basic and Neat. Very close to Lakeshore hospital (5 minute walk).

No additional bed provided for booking for 2 adults and 2 kids, no kettle, no tea bag, no fridge. Cigarette smell inside the room. No air freshener available with the care taker.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

The stay was not as expected. I booked room with more expectations and i feel like it was not a just deal.

The room was Ok as usual. The staff was courteous and helpful. We got a room near the reception. Almost all the noises outside filtered in. Otherwise, the room and amenities are great—nice location near the Hospital.
