Review Of COCO GOA

This is the worst experience i have with a hotel. The rooms were dirty, there were cockroaches moving around, no maintenance of the property, fungus on pillow covers and bedsheets, taps coming out of walls, ac not working, swimming pool closed since so many months and only left with green algae water. Worst staff behaviour, if you ask them why the condition is so poor here they will answer - " you will get only these in this much amount, what else you expect. Even they charged me extra 1500 during checkout as their own gst and tax telling me new rule has come on 18th july so we are applying, even though i had booked much earlier and that rule should not apply in bookings prior to 18. There is a old uncle who call himself Ronnie and claims himself the manager there, is so bad in managing and maintaining anything there that you can't even expect a glass of water in that property. The only he can do is park his ertiga in the congested parking area of this property. There is so much to speak about this worst nightmare but i just want to say i highly do not recommend this place.

Hello,This is to bring to your notice that the Booking I made for Coco Goa was not as Per the claims made on App. I tried reaching through call but I got the call scheduled for the next day.The room was so unhygienic and there were Pests, dusts all over the room. There was stains on the bed. No Toilet Paper, hot water and Tissues were available. The Room was stinking, Switch Boards was broken and water leakage from AC. The Bathroom had stain Marks, broken walls, Dirt, Pests all over The Pool was of a different Property by the name Coco annexe and not Coco Goa. I believe that the Property is Pretty old and not Maintained at all. I have attached the Pictures and video of the room. Not even a single Photo listed on the App resembles the Property.I FELT TOTALLY UNSAFE AND I AM IN FEAR OF GETTING SICK.I TRIED TO FIND FOR ANOTHER PLACE BUT WAS OUT OF LUCK AND HAD TO SETTLE DOWN TO THIS SPENDING JUST 6 HOURS IN THE ROOM WITH NO SLEEP. I would Kindly request you to have a look and do the needful.

This was the worst stay at goa in past 5 years. The property does not matches the photos of the property. In-spite of taking the most premium room, the room quality was bad. Furthermore the property had a bad vibe to it which made us feel unsafe. There is no safe parking for cars available at the property. The swimming pool shown in the photos of the property is actually not part of same property, it is actually 5 mins walk from the property to the other property of same owner which has swimming pool.

I won't come to stay again in this

Rooms are good but the water supply is not good. Services are nice. Staff are nice

I regret to stay here, rooms was so dirty, food is not available. Stairs ways was very very dirty.

This property required lot of maintenance. A/c cooling was not working, floor is damaged completely near bathroom, bathroom washbasin is too old & looks unhygienic, bathroom wall tiles also broken, there was tv but no set up box so its of no use, staff is not well train to behave with customers, there is no proper parking place for cars so its difficult to park car near the gate itself

Staff & owner was very helpful, property condition was not upto the mark, affordable price

I was booked room from 1 month ago but when i was go for chek in than that room provided some one else and hotel staff was so rudely please don’t come this hotel and don’t west your money

Everything was not up to point. Nothing like what was expected from pictures. Nothing is maintained properly. Swimming pool is of their another resort. Hotel staff did not behave properly. In short not up to expectations.

The hotel you are seeing in the mm t images are not as it is. The staff is arrogant. Rooms are not upto the mark. Swimming pool is not there in the property, you have to walk dawn to another property for swimming pool. Only thing good is location.

Booking a room in this place will definitely disappoint anyone not just couples. Also, the facilities mentioned in this place are not even included, we had to pay for the water bottles too and also for the dental kit. instead, they support the restaurant owner. We raised a complaint about our stay in this place and they resolved the issue without even confirming with us if the issues we stated are resolved.

Good stay ambience was clean prime location.

You must not allowed bookings unorganised very poor cheap guest house type place

I loved the stay everything was perfect

Rooms were good and spacious.
