Well maintained, we enjoyed our stay at coco loco colva, though we were very late to check in the owner made sure to be available.

Very well maintained property. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Location of property is also nearby to beach.

It was good to stay at coco loco. The ac remote was not working. Everything else was fine. The host atul was good at responding.

The apartment was nice, as expected, care taker is supportive and polite. The layout and decor were nice, as depicted in the images. However, upon moving in, i encountered several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. First and foremost, the apartment was not hygienic. I found cockroaches in both the kitchen and the living room, which was very off-putting. This issue significantly detracted from the overall living experience. Additionally, the locks on the internal doors were in poor condition, providing little sense of security or privacy. While the apartment looked good in the photographs, the hygiene and maintenance issues need to be addressed urgently.
