The resort experience was quite disappointing. Despite being in a hill station during winter, they failed to provide hot water, which was unacceptable. The food we ordered from the resort's restaurant was of very poor quality, adding to our dissatisfaction. While the room was passable, it was far from meeting expectations.

my recent stay at this property was a nightmare. from check-in, the experience was frustrating. despite my booking confirmation and details clearly stating a complimentary welcome drink, they asked if i wanted tea or coffee and made it seem complimentary. however, during check-out, they asked me to pay for it! when i questioned this, they said, 'there is no complimentary drink; we don't know why it's mentioned.' it seems business-minded people should take lessons from this place on deceiving customers. the rooms were a disaster, filled with houseflies, and the bathroom was infested with mosquitoes and bugs. the bed was passable, but the cleanliness was severely lacking, giving me a headache just being in the room. to make matters worse, the 'swimming pool' was nothing more than a large tank, cleverly photographed to appear as a proper pool. extremely misleading. security was a major concern as the room didn’t have proper locks. the tv was in the hall, so despite paying for a deluxe room, i had to go to the hall to watch it, which was highly inconvenient. my friend and his family booked a separate deluxe room, but the hotel clubbed us together in a two-bedroom hall setup without informing us. there was only one key for the entire setup, so if one of us wanted to leave, the other couldn’t lock the room. when we raised these issues with the reception, their response was shockingly dismissive: 'if you want to stay, stay; otherwise, leave, and we’ll initiate a refund.' after paying for a deluxe room, this was unacceptable. the one day i spent here was like living in hell. i strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice—please don’t book here and lose your peace of mind." rating: rooms: 1/5 service: 1/5 location: 1/5

It is not resort. It is home stay. It is not resort. It is home stay. Room was substandard. Not worth the money. Faced multiple issues 1. Power issues 2. No towels 3. Not a resort 4. Not clean 5. Very uncomfortable stay

Easy to access the hotel, friendly staffs
We was traveled to this last week and stayed a day, everything looks good but needs to improve little more like room cleaning, both room was fine and clean but room and dining hall areas are not cleaned properly that's needs to be improved. Food taste is good and cost is high. Overall ok for us. Thanks.

Best rate & good aminites
The service was excellent food is really e good star square professional and friendly e e got ample car parking space they also have a bonfire with events in the evening and the nature walk trekking with a guide in the morning

Honey moon trip
Stay at co co hotel was really superb, enjoyed the campfire and open theatre at nt. Food was delicious, thanks to the chef. Sham and team were so friendly and sociable. We really loved thier service.
