Very bad experience So much cost but free mosquito 🦟 therapy

Good friendly cooperative people, great service. The property was close to kudle beach, which is one of the prettiest beaches there. The place had a raw, serene, beautiful vibe. However the rooms were decent and kinda small.

Never plan with family. This is such a horrible place that basic door lock itself is not there, pathetic bathroom

The room wasn't ready when i reached. There was no power or power back up. The room itself was damp and smelly. I didn't stay at the place but moved to the hotel next door.

Food is not grt. Stay is ok only. Non ac was horrible, so we shifted to ac. Cleanniness is not that grr. Location is aveeage

It's blunder go with make my trip again. I was cheated again by this agency. Hotel tariff is rs 4-5k whereas i have ended up paying 7k for single cramped room in gokarn.

As said, it’s terrible. The poorest ever possible services. No response. No basic facilities. Room upkeep is worst.

For the price we paid, this is below average. We felt price should be half to do justice to what it offers and not penalise customers

Food was good and reasonable priced. But need to improve on room facilities. Cooperative staff. Near to both beaches at walkable distance, thats major advantage.

In images rooms are shown very good condition. Bt reality room is very dirty. Bathroom also very dirty. Food is good. Bt no tooo much variety. No. Hot water. Only facility in ac room non ac room is not recommended any more

The rooms are quite small and not in great condition (moist walls all over. Little or no space to move around in the rooms. They do not have basic facilities such as tv, dressing table / mirror etc in the room. Roofs have entry points for pegions, so you can hear them all through the day. Not worth 4000 bucks at all.

Rooms was not cleaned. Staff was very friendly, and atmosphere very greeny. My gokarna trip was ok with, coconut tree resort, but non ac rooms are not cleaned.

Pathetic approach road, poor ambience of resort, apathetic staff, dirty restaurant, inadequate facilities and furniture inside rooms made our stay a not so memorable one. Definitely unlikely to recommend this resort further.

Stay was good but it costed expensive because of mm t. Price is lesser if not booked from mm t. Also there was free breakfast if not booked from mm t. Booking from make my trip actually was a wrong decision. We were in loss because of that.

Pros - neat, good staff, good looking resort, decent food. Cons - average tv viewing experience during dinner, average lighting (has huge potential to become inst a worthy)

To the cost they charge it is one worst room I ever stayed. Rooms are full of mosquitoes, rooms doesn’t even have TVs, hair dryer (which is minimum for a room on a sea shore).

the resort atmosphere was good and the location was awesome. But the maintenance was not good , room was dirty and not cleaned properly. the management should listen it or else people won't choose in future. correction is always good for business. carpe diem👍

Good ambience. Walkable to mahabaleshwar temple and also kudle beach. Autos also available.

We stayed in coconut tree resort for two nights. Rooms are spacious and maintained cleanly. We have booked this room through make my trip. Rooms do not have tv although mm t is showing this in a list of amenities. This is very surprising to me. We found charges are very high as compared with amenities provided. Food quality is not so great. Though they are showing two separate kitchens for veg and non veg. They are not following strictly. We avoided food from this resort. The overall stay was good and did not face any issues. I will recommend mm t not to show the amenities which resort or hotel is not providing. Many people book hotels based on amenities and reviews provided. They need to be trustworthy for them.
