Location was good, Staff members are very polite with welcoming nature.

Property is good, at a sceneric location services are good

Bad. First of all there was no sign board available after that there was no soap no liquid wash no towel was available, cattle were not cleaned, also no one was bothered to ask for anything we needed to call n ask for every single thing.

Very average response from owner. He wasn't available on call. We couldn't find his hotel because he chooses not to put any board/ name billboard on road. So very difficult to find. He was very arrogant when i asked on call. No reception. No greetings. Very poor menu. Limited items and very few staff. Staff not responsive enough on call. Heater also not available. Basic thing like toothpaste also not available. And name is misleading. This is not homestay. It's a hotel without reception to save money. Not satisfied at all.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions"

We love this property. Rooms are neat and clean. And washroom is also neat and clean. And the person who meet with us on the property is also so humble and helpful. Must visit property. Direct connectivity to the main shimla, mall road. If you stay in this hotel then you can easily pick any local bus and directly reach to the mall road, no need to waste your money on local taxies.

No ammenities were provided poor service / food quality is not good including dinner with property is not worth it!

Property location is not good you can’t find the hotel there is no board. And service is also not good. Staff is really not cooperative no service no bathroom amenities available!

View from the room is excellent, neat and clean. Amazing experience, host is also very humble and sweet. He helped us with the trip bookings.😍

There was no sign board to locate the hotel, took us so long to find the hotel. We called but no one picked up the phone (they did pick up later), Good view from the building, very near to the main road, Almost 4km from mall road which was not stated in the hotel description. When we reached there they did not have food ordering services. Basic services like keeping a toothbrush and a toothpaste, or getting a pair of slippers, did not find anything like that in the room. The wifi speed was pretty good, Tv was working and the rooms were pretty good looking and spacious. All over a decent hotel with good rooms but poor service.

Nice room and food. The view from balcony was good. Staff was also friendly and helpful. There was no delay in any help which we required.

Location: no one nearby knows about it. So we had difficulty in explaining the property name and location to taxi drivers. Food: is ok. Amenities: the property has no fan. And temperature in summer (we travel-led in june) is around 30 degree. So we were sweating. The owner said - no property or hotel in shimla has fan! services: no proper toiletries (napkins etc) provided despite repeated asks. The worst part is - the property had no water supply during our 2nd day. And imagine the situation - after you finish your toilet, you find no water. Again, the property owner told the lie that there is no water supply in entire shimla. Ultimately we had to complain. And then we were shifted to other property in the middle of night. Here again, during shifting, the property owner did very harsh and zig-zag rash driving - we felt lucky we survived this such a rash driving. It felt he was taking a revenge on us (for complaining for the services)
