Review Of Cocoon Hotel

I stayed at the hotel for a night. The superior room was very spacious and cheek. It is located at a nice location in the city with all important places, within few minutes. Auto rickshaw stand was also nearby.

Except for the spacious room, there was nothing good about the hotel. The wifi wasn't working. There was no Hot water. And the breakfast spread was pathetic. Would not recommend this to anyone. How can an Organisation like MMT sign up with such hotels? It degrades your brand reputation

Very specious rooms. I stayed with a 10 month old baby.. room and specially the bathroom was clean. Staff was helpful, food was good too.

Bedsheets were dirty, not changed by the hotel! health faucet not working in the restaurant toilet! not enough toiletries!

Services is at the poor than worst expected. Room aircon just sounds like working but do not bring down the room temperature, their fan also make too much noise. If you want to sleep peaceful, you should keep the fan off. Shower sprinkle the watter more to the bathroom wall 5 hat the guy who stands just under it. They claims the warm watter flows all the time, but whenever you really required, you have to wait for 10 mins after opening tap. Breakfast doesn't have variety and serve all the day same items. There is no buffet arrangements, rather vaiter will ask you what will you have from the same items. Fruits even they do not provide, when you ask for the same, after half an hour you will get it. Really terrible experience, i was been there with my family for 8 days. They claims breakfast starts at 7 untill 10, but when you ask at 7, they offer around 8:30 and when you are late amd reach by even 10, they apologies and says its winded up. Not recommended.

Excellent food. Shortcomings- 1. Pathetic car park. 2. Cleanliness needs improvement - dirty bucket & mug in the toilet. 3. Mini fridge not available in room. Despite these problems, the experience was better than expected.

Stayed in suite room few point need to consider - bathroom amenities quality not per standard - hangers in almirah missing - locker was not operational - water pressure is so slow apart from above all hotel is very good to stay
