Property food was very good and location was pleasent and felt safe and staff was damn good with lot of patience and provided lot of facilities to us , to take pictures or for photoshoots it is the best place

It’s a nice property in the middle of thick plantation. A bit outside the main city but not too far. The good part is that it’s right on the main highway. The rooms were clean and breakfast buffet was great. Phone network is an issue there although they have WiFi available.

location is wonderful food is nice but no local items on menu service was not upto mark as there were no tea coffee facilities bedside, no activities in property, our cottage was leaking, staff was cooperative

the property is located at a fantastic location, check in was smooth and rooms were neat. the best part was the delicious food both the break fast buffet and dinner alcarte. the care taker, manager and staff were very helpful and courteous

The resort was good , rooms were clean , they have a big swimming pool... break fast options were less but food was tasty

Excellent place to stay and explore both Madikeri and Khushal Nagar with ease. The place is very neat and tidy. Cool and calm atmosphere for a family stay. Hospitality is very good and food is good.

The rooms and ambience were good. Staff were friendly. Food was good. Coming to the negative part.Had a power cut during the night. No mobile network and wi-fi too which the staff were blaming the weather.No intercom provided. Couldn’t able to contact the property care-taker. No one was available in the reception/main gate. The whole night me and my family suffered without power in the rooms. Plz station a care taker during the nights in the reception, so that in case of emergency, we would be able to contact.

Food during dinner is very good and tasty. But the rooms are not that great. A simple but good for elders not for kids or youth.

Location and surroundings are good but rooms are average for price and road leading to resort is in bad condition food is not at all good, they don't even have a working ironing box

It was a beautiful stay, every penny was worth it. The staff was very helpful and the behaviour was very good. We loved the room and the experience of the place.

Booked a stay for 2 days at coffee cadu estate for night. Problems with the stay: 1)A dingy half a cabin was allotted, one half of a bungalow, very small living space, and no privacy, as the two rooms of the one bungalow are adjacent and the walls are wood and not soundproof 2) no air conditioning! For per night, atleast air conditioning is warranted 3) There was mold on the walls and bathroom 4) The room itself was not clean 5) A water cooler was provided in the room but the moment you turn it on, a putrid smell comes like something has died in there. We asked for a replacement, but it was not provided 6) The coffee estate is just a marketing gimmick. There's no tour of the estate itself, you can't explore the coffee plantation 7) For the asking price, there's nothing that they are providing that can be called value for money. Same property for 2-3k would probably be ok, but definitely not worth 5k 8) Food is ok. Not bad but not extraordinary either It seems to be a farmhouse of sorts for the owners (there's a separate bungalow with air conditioning inside the premises) and the 'resort' seems to just be a side business for the owners to earn extra revenue apart from the coffee plantation There's no true hospitality, you won't be treated as guests. Overall a very poor experience and would definitely not recommend to anyone, neither would I go back there

Due to entrainment and internet service issues, I can only rate it a four out of five. I can only offer three because they rejected my two requests for internet access, which caused me to miss a crucial office meeting.

The resort was good, was provided a very clean toilet and room. The resort was well maintained as well. The food was excellent, strongly recommenbd this to everyone.
