Good experience, located in coffee estate, away from city hustle, peaceful location, good food, good staff, high ceiling rooms. Overall very good stay, much recommended.

Had a wonderful stay at coffeebeanvilla.The hosts (Dhanush & Sowbhagya, Aishwarya) were very friendly and welcoming.The food was traditional malnad style made by latin Babu.Each and very minute thing was taken well care of. The weather was very pleasant as it had rained recently.Our room stay was clean and hygienic in between coffee plantation with chirping of bird sounds. We enjoyed the morning jeep ride to the trekking and backwaters where we got to see the nice exotic birds and wild boars,peacock, rabbit on the way. Lovely visit will cherish for forever ❤️. I would certainly come back with more groups and would recommend to big family groups.

It's better to follow the steps & directions sent by the host to reach the destination without any problem. Rooms are excellent. courteous Staff. food was Good. most of the Cycles are not in good condition. Doors of the bathroom was too tight making it difficult to open & close. location of the property is such that most of the tourist spots are around 40 kms away. Early morning open Jeep ride into the estates was a real treat to our eyes.

Had a great stay ! the food was some of the best i've had at a home stay. They provide variety and every meal is cooked fresh. The view from our room was unmatched. Dhanush and aishwarya are warm and lovely hosts. The staff were polite and always ready to help. As a group of 7 we had a great time.

A beautiful place for outing with family, friends and office colleagues. Good food, service, friendly staff and well maintained rooms with good bed linens it was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed a lot!

Was looking for a 2 day getaway in a peaceful and serene place amidst pure nature. This home-stay being in the 20+ acres plantation with a stream, fit the bill perfectly! Added bonus was the gracious hostess Sowbhagya making delicious local cuisine every breakfast/lunch/dinner was a minimum 6 course tasty meal. She even arranged a good taxi for our 1/2 day tour. For those who like activities like bonfire and games, they have that too. All in all I would highly recommend this place. My sister and I had an awesome time! This place is safe and cool for women travelers.

The place is located amidst lush, green nature, bounded by majestic mountains. The home-stay is more like a resort with thoughtful decorations, art facts, and objects dispersed throughout the property. The owner is friendly and thoughtful, thinking of ways to make your trip better. Most of the food on the table is made in their gardens, and it is reflected in the freshness and taste of the dishes. If you are an animal lover also, there is place for you with some cats, dogs, in their respective areas. We had a wonderful time there. Amazing place to stay. As peaceful as it would get for a getaway. The owner was extremely friendly and showed us Around his fruit farms. Also gave us some fresh fruits. N good service. Value for money. Rooms are good for home stay standards and good view from balcony towards coffee estate. Suggest to choose balcony rooms.

Location is superb. It's 17 km away from Sakaleshpur and Belur but it's worth staying here. It may not please luxury lovers and internet type people. This is actual living house converted to homestay. No network access or very weak. It's in middle of Coffee farm and jungle. Not many food variety options. Breakfast was too good. Didn't try lunch or dinner. It's better to inform early if you wish to have lunch or dinner. There is ample space for playing some games. Have a pleasant walk around coffee farms and jungle and enjoy nature. Property owners are helpful and friendly.
Good home stay. Location is a plus point.

Initial booked for deluxe room. Images were awesome. But practically room was very disappointing. Finally we paid extra and got little better room

No issue was faced during the stay. The property was good, but far from the City. Room was a little bit small. The facility was good. Cleanliness was ok. It was a secure place to stay. According to me, the property is recommendable.
