there was no staff member at the gate. no one helped me with my luggage. the hotel representative was very rude. WiFi was not working and when I said I want it urgently, then he said we can't do anything.There was no AC remote to change the temperature. No proper supply of toiletries. No drinking water was provided. There was no life in the hotel. The hotel was too dirty. Staff was not friendly and helpful at all. Pathetic service. I booked the room for one night and i checked out in 2 hours because of all this.

The Hotel staff as well manager misbehaving like we had not paid tariff, their service quality was so poor. The way they talk or management was horrible, never ever gone book this Hotel again.

Very bad stay. It is inside a petrol pump and a drunk staff entered single lady travelers room in the night. Horrible experience.

The location was OK .. Pricing was good but the room and the service was not good ... Room was average and the service was not at all good .. No cleanliness at all. Food was not available at times.
