My room is on third floor and the Lift is not working. The Room is not clean and tidy. Also there is no TV or water geyser provided. Very Poor hygiene and sanitation.

There is not a hood environment at all. Staff charges extra money, tv’s are not working, looks like a brothel, rooms are very dirty

This was a very bad experience when we reached they asked us to pay extra 500 for the better room. The room they were giving us before extra charges was terrible. Door doesn’t have lock, the room was stinking, bathroom was in a really bad condition, no breakfast offered as mentioned on the site and also the taps were leaking

It was really pathetic service and rooms. I was literally forced to stay in a room. Cz they were charging extra money.

I have been denied any room blatantly because i had a pre-paid booking. The manager straightway told, you cancel l your booking, get your money refunded from make my trip and pay us directly for room. I have been harassed a lot.

The staffs are simply terrible. I booked the hotel and prepaid but as soon as i arrived the hotel for check in i was i asked for an extra 250rs or else they wouldn't let me check in. The service is poor. The room is unhygienic. The washroom was torn off, nothing seems to be working. In short, avoid the property as far as u can.

Manager was sitting drunk and ask me to pay 200 extra which i dis then room was not clean and washroom taps were not working properly tables were covered with cement floor

No bed sheet change no cleaning no towel no shop in the bathroom. I had a bath all water in the room. Staff behavior very bad

No TV. Dirty rooms. Broken furniture, almost got injured due to nails coming out of headstand. Property under construction. Flush and jet were broken and the bathroom was unclean. Unprofessional staff. Me and my husband didn't even stay for an hour and staff didn't even bother to ask for the reason for early check out.

The whole place had such bad vibes i can't even begin to explain. Firstly the location was trash and when i say trash i literally mean in the middle of a dumping ground. The front desk guy didn't let us check in early as " our check in time was from 12 noon" however the complimentary check in time is usually between 10-12 am. He asked for extra money which we eventually had to pay. The room looked used and dirty. We were genuinely worried about our safety. There was no television in fact not even a single pillow. Had to go down stairs twice to ask for our room key. Everything was as creepy and disgusting as it could be. We left the room as soon as we could as it didn't seem safe to spend even a single night.

I had to checkin early and leave also way before my checkout time. As soon as i booked the hotel i called the property owner and requested for the early checkin and he agreed clearly. When i reached the hotel the guy at the reception made too much fuss about it and ended up charging extra money. Secondly the area and the route to the hotel is so bad its near construction side. There is no proper route to the place. Speaking about the hygiene and cleanliness, it was again a big no no for me. The room did not have proper washroom, the washroom was not completely setup as its a new hotel which resulted in leakage of water. They do not provide soap and other essentials for the stay, tv was also not setup and they gave a totally different room i believe. And lastly i did not feel safe at the place and the hotel. Overall it was a bad experience for me.
