The location is really good. However, they have to improve at 100% on hygiene. They do not provide toiletries and water bottle. You have to buy a water bottle.

We stayed in room no 202, ac was not working, tv was not working, taps were leaking, flush water was coming out of pipes. The smell of the room was not good. The regulator was not helping to change the fan's speed. The towels were torn.

I reached there at midnight. Bedsheets had stains. Dirty bathroom with leakage. Anyhow managed to get bedsheets changed but over all very averagely bad experience

To be improved cleanness and services. To be provided good food

Room could have been cleaner. The aircon was not working properly. Hot water was available only in the morning. I reached the hotel after a day long trek but had to take a shower in cold water. The location is easily accessible, and there is a veg restaurant right below the hotel.

Reception is very very rude, room is so much dirty, washroom without water, also bedsheet and pillows are not washed at all so much horrible and dirty experience

I have booked hotel in make my trip about 1164rs but hotel has collected extra amount i. E. 400 of about 1500 they have charged from me it's not fair

Dirty toilet, no water in toilet, untidy room, no proper service, cockroaches in the room. Asked for extra money after paying full amount.
