I booked four rooms and also confirmed from property owner through MMT call assistant but when I reached there only two rooms available..

The worst ever experience. Worst place to stay, does not recommend. Rooms are small with foul smell and bathroom was very dirty, taps were leaking. Pathetic experience. Family persons and even single should not prefer this one. AC stopped working at midnight. No hospitality, they even charge extra money which was not even mentioned during booking.

Collection o hotel gurudev paradise charged over and above the amount, paid. Hotel denied check-in until took additional amount.

Hotel celebration o gurudev paradise is a defaulter hotel hr didn't give me stay and asked for more monry, i have tried for other options but no options given by makemytrip team amd when i want to initiate refund customer care won't entertain me. Terrible situ

I booked the hotel and they did not let me check in they kept me waiting half-an- hour and said that they don't have a tie-up and they only have a tie-up only with OYO so they didn't let me check in and I have to pay an extra amount to check-in. It was a horrible experience.

I reached at 03:00 am in the hotel and a young guy still in his teens was managing the rooms. I checked in into room no. 301. The room was smelly, dirty and in worst condition. When the care taker unfolded the woolen blanket; a mouse suddenly jumped out of it and went under the bed. The bed sheets were dirty and pillow cover was covered with impressions of saliva. The towel given to me was wet. When i counter questioned about it, he argued instead of apologizing. He said, 'you can shift other hotel, if you don't like the hotel. In 1200 rupees, you will get the rooms of this standard only. ' the staff kept by this hotel is highly unprofessional, rogue, rude, unethical and lack basic mannerism of talking to a customer. I will suggest the perspective travelers to avoid this property.

They did not allow to stay and said that the hotel is full, kindly proceed for refund
