Room was very congested so I think room rate is too much.
Bad service but outer meal are not allowed this is very bad.

Food quality good but need to focus more on order placed.
Need to work more on cleanness and changing towel and toiletries on daily basis.

There was no room freshener, I asked three times and was told finally that it is not available. Also i have to ask for fresh towels daily, they were not given. In fact soiled towels were kept. Biggest issue was toilet, which was not cleaned even after reminding twice.

The place has only structure of a Hotel, else it offers only nightmares for a Hotel. No drainage, no laundry, towels, kits, clean sheets, staff, ac and tv. Nothing worked I had booked this property to facilitate stay for my family during my marriage, now after all this experience they left with a lifetime of a bitter tales to tell. Hellish I'd like to further escalate this issue further and pursue this in every possible way

Nothing worked I had booked 12 rooms at this property to facilitate stay for my family during my marriage, now they left with a lifetime of bitter tales to tell. I would like to further escalate the issue and per sure this in every way possible.

No room service in spite of reminding over telephone no one was paying attention, dirty pillow cover bed sheet. Hotel manager behavior was highly inappropriate.

Worst experience. Cleanliness zero. Didn't bother to change/clean, our room even after request. Tap broken, messy washroom. Didn't provide any soap/shampoo etc. Not even water. I will never ever stay or recommend this hotel.
