Dirty washroom, no towel, no handwash soap or shampoo available, no telephone available, dirty footmat. Breakfast which was included. Only had 2 bread slices with butter along with tea. Will not suggest any office professional to stay at this hotel for official tour visit. Specially at this price which i paid.

First they refuse to check in then after talking to higher authority they gave the room. Room are not so good as in pics available service and attitude also not good

Worst hotel till now, breakfast did not provide you have charged for breakfast. Washroom light not working, they have not provide the bills. Even single plug is not working in room. Please provide the bills jn whatsapp

Through the application make my trip i happened to know about lemon arrow hotel. It's major problems are listed below, 1. There is no enough space for the double room. 2. Contrary to the advt. Display, it is far away from railway station and airport. 3. It is not good for family.

Rooms condition, fan bathroom cleaning all these are so worst 😔. While booking room was looking so new and clean but it was really horrible also Hotel manager was so rude and asking money again for room because they don't consider online payment

1) there was no intercom connection. The phone was out of order. 2) gyeser was out of order. 3) food served was cooked with very bad quality of oil. 4) bedsheets were not changed. After i asked repeatedly they changed the same.
