FRPM 13 TO 16 SEPTEMBER, 2022 , I STAYED IN THIS HOTEL. MY ROOM NO. WAS 207. IT WAS NEAT & CLEAN, MANAGERIAL STAFF & MAINTENANCE STAFF WERE CO-OPERATIVE.HOTEL ARRANGEMENT BOOKED BY 'MAKE MY TRIP' IS APPLAUDABLE . IN SOME OTHER CASES, I APPRECIATE MMT. THANKYOU.

During the checking time, staff has been deny to early checking and ignoring the early checking confirmation mail which was getting from makmy trip. After so may request finaly they are agree with paying of huge early cheeking charge arount 500. During the checking time, staff has been deny to early checking and ignoring the early checking confirmation mail which was getting from makmy trip. After so may request finally they are agree with paying of huge early checking charge amount 500 rupees. Which as many deafferent amount compare to booking confirmation time. After again i have communicate with mm p for huge payment of early charge and finally mm p help of mm p team, hotel are ready for settle with 200 rupees. In this process i have loses my lost of time and energy and i did not get the enjoyment of my trip.

No Water supply and TV & AC not working

Already I escalate the issue with customer care same day night but the issue not solution so For bath and was I arrange near by hotel for bath and toilet 🚽, and Paid money from my pocket and next day same problem and in hotel there is no internet access. so Return my money.

Hotels has deny for checking after booking because of hotel staff has been misguiding to Owen and get the approval of deny for checking.. misbehaving of staff is show their service and Responsibilities.

The hotel is not clean. It's like a guest house. The staff is making lots of noise. And playing the song till mid night. Hotel rooms are not sound proof.
