Not clean room not clean bed very unclean place I have visited ever please refund my money the person behave badly with us

Ni soap water or anything systematic. Nothing works. It's so dirty

Very pathetic experience. Hotel staff is not cooperative. Hygiene is not maintain. Rooms are very dirty.

No food available in hotel. Room was not as like in make my trip.

Hotel premices and hotel itself was very dirty. Rooms washrooms were dirty. Maintainance was poor. So we cancel-led stay in this hotel. Even we didn't get refund of our money. Please don't suggest such types of hotels.

Was lucky to get allocated at 6th floor spacious room with decent city view

Place hidden somewhere near sita gufa. Parking space is way pathetic, no quality in food, service, 0% hygiene and cleanliness in room, bathroom. No dustbin. No toiletries provided. Poor range wifi
The place is almost somewhere hidden in the Nashik city. Earlier use to trust OYO and the Hotels under its name, but in 2021 the experience achieved was Pathetic. OYO has provided toiletries but these Hotel people sell it out and don't provide it to the people coming here to stay. The Parking place here is not safe, the Staff is a bit cooperative. The rooms has Cockroaches (No Pest Work is being done, The bathroom is not cleaned, the bedsheet is not clean. The room lacks Drinking water supply and dustbin. The tap labelled as Hot water doesn't actually gives hot water. service is really very poor.

Location is good. Food not good. No variety found in food. Cable TV was no recharged as we reached then after 2 hours they recharged TV cable. Warm and hot water facility was not upto the mark. But must say staff was cooperative. Overall okay okay.

All staff room, food, cleaning, helpful staff and good service all type. Nice journey.

Service is terrible. Breakfast not served on time even by 8:45. Cook not available inspite of telling multiple times. When you inform about arrival time they tell you to call Oyo, MMT else they warn you that they will not be responsible for cancellation. MMT- confirmed refund for breakfast but not received yet. Toilet paper not given as listed in amenities. Room cleaned but towels not changed in spite of telling them. At the corner of the window there were huge nails cut were lying there and no one cleaned up. In spite of telling multiple times for water the boys kept delaying and as they state in amenities mineral water is also not served. They fill some plastic bottles and say it's RO water. Besides no dustbin in toilet bathroom. Dustbin not cleaned up even after the room was cleaned. Also there was a live wire near the bed lying and no one bothered to remove it. Besides hotel claims a complimentary breakfast but MMT charges for proper breakfast. When asked what will be served in breakfast they tell only tea and poha, not even coffee will be provided. Everyone there was pathetic. I have some pictures to share as well.

Location wise good, it's near to Kalaram Temple.

Stay was good but the facilities are not so accurate. Rooms are not ready till the time of check in.

Upto 1 am night, hotel waiters made so much noise, laughing talking pushing doors so loudly. I could not sleep upto 1 am. Hotel is very noisy. Terror of waiters are terrible outside ur room. Unavoidable noise.

The hotel location is awesome. It's very easy to find, the staff is very cooperative and the hotel is clean. Room is very good, good space with 2 balconies, sofa, table, television is there in the room. Room service is also good. Overall experience was very good. Rooms are exactly the same as the photos. Next time if I'll go there then I'll definitely stay in this hotel. Highly recommended.

Parking facility in underground, parking way is very hard not park easily only 3 car parking area.
