Pathetic hotel/rooms. We didn't stay there, completely money waste.... If we can get the refund it would be great.

no ceiling fan, the room is too small, I booked two same rooms but the washroom was too small of one room.service is too bad.

first of all the rooms I saw and the rooms there in the hotel were different, I had to pay more for a good clean suite room and that room was also not very satisfying, there were no hangers in the room to hang clothes, not a mirror in the room, bathroom doors were without lock. it was a very terrifying worst experience and staff was also not very helpful

Apart from the convenient location, my experience was disappointing. The facilities did not meet the standard of a 3-star hotel and were more in line with a 1-star rating. The room was very small, and the washroom had a leakage issue. Additionally, the wardrobe was severely damaged. Overall, the accommodations did not meet expectations.

I had booked 7 rooms for the group of 20 people.three members in the each room.I had called them and informed them about early check in and they had agreed for it on the previous day but the next day whole scenario was different. When we reached there person resposible for alloting rooms made us wait for an one hour to say that there are no rooms available till the check in time mentioned in the booking reciept. when we requested him again and again he gave us a hall and a toilet to refresh charging rs 1800 without receipt. Secondly when we came back to check in at 6 in the evening he alloted us only 6 rooms out of 7 and he made us wait for at least half an hour. I complained this with MMT as well. some rooms are very small. He had alloted us rooms with single bed and denied to give extra beds. Extra beds were available with him. He gave them to us only after lot of arguemnt. There is no single window available for light and ventilation in any of the rooms. Some beds and doors were in broken stage. TV was also not working, when we asked him about it he said monkeys have cut cable. Next had we wanted to extend check out time till 3 p. m for which he denied. We asked him to allot one room so that we can keep our luggafes in that room. He agreed for it and paid for it too. Agian we didnt get any confirmation through mail or reciept. This is the condition of the hotel. They didn't even provide a bottle of water thiugh price of the room is ahigh as rs 2000. pillows were too in firty stage. Please be careful while booking.

The location is prime as it is 100 metres away from hawamahal. It’s inside old fortified jaipur city and hence the vibe is so historic there on the streets. The only issue is the service of the hotel could be better. Rooms are small and there is no room heater or kettle to warm ourselves up.

Very small room, outside view was terrible, rooms and washrooms were not clean. Staff were not rude but neither look professional and nor interested in hospitality. Only good thing was about its location near to central attractions. At 4k it was the worst experience ever i had.

Our stay at the khandaka mahal was fantastic! the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and great views of the city. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the local area, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options.

This hotel is not for the standards of mmt. Very small & congested room, with no ventilation. No toiletries provided. No drinking water. Very small bathroom. In cut things short "it's just miserable and pathatic.

No welcoming while entering and leaving from hotel. Nothing in order, need to ask 100 times for basic things like room cleaning, room service, no response at all. 1ce you get the room, Hotel is very close to hawa mahal and jantar mantar and that is the reason i booked this hotel but complete disappointment. My holiday gone in stress for fighting for getting basic services from hotel. Please avoid this hotel, it is not at all a heritage hotel but just an old building and completely pathetic. My rating could be -vie if that would be an option here. Horrible.

Bad i am disappointment with my recent stay. Unfortunately, the room did not meet the expectations set by the description and image. we are booking and its bathroom was in horrible condition and such a small room, nothing was good. Photos were not taken
