Everything is ok. Cleaning and hygiene is average. Staff behavior is also average. They are not accepting the booking for the payment done then i requested finally they are agree with it

The hotel rooms were not the same as what was shown in the pics. Water seepage in the walls, odor in the room and the worst bathroom ever and even the bathroom geyser didn't work. The price doesn't justify the hotel's worth. It's very cheap and poorly maintained.

We booked the hotel based on photos but after checkin it was something diffrent and all false ammenities, no cleaniness in room, insects in the room, no seal packed water bottel, toilet jet spray not working and over charged rooms where the hotel owner said the room would have costed total 2k rupess and hotel responsible for our sufferings. If there would be negative rating we would use that instead of 1 star rating for hotel
