the worst experience i ever had in these hotel. once we reach in the hotel they told me to pay extra 300 gst. they given a local our staff living room. we paid extra 1000 rupees + that 300 gst to get the room.. upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional ₹1300, when we resisted, they showed us a horrible room near the kitchen and later tried to move us to a different property. left with no choice, we paid extra to stay in the room we initially booked. the service was terrible, with no basic amenities like hot water in jaipur's cold climate.

Good location for stay and hotel is clean and hygiene but hotel receptionist ask me for extra money at the time pf checking

It was pathetic hotel guy didn't allow my guestd to stay at this property and mmt is not taking any action against the property
