Circus in bathroom vs toilet (water scarcity in december)

Major issue - water and washroom’s utilities. Broken jet spray. Very difficult bathroom and toilet adjustment of water, customers can spend 8 hours to figure out which tap they will get the water from the 4 available. Midnight water scarcity, even after informing at the reception faced water unavailability at night.
