The hotel was located inside the residential area. The food was very good(quite homely i would say. The best plus point was the manager's and the staff's politeness. There isn't any closed parking space although it looked safe. The manager kept my bike inside his own house as i asked.
The room was nicely cleaned and the lobby was sanitised as well.

I needed to stay near vibuti khan d coz i had to visit a hospital nearby. Booked this hotel and found that the address 1/1 vibhuti khan d was absolutely wrong. The hotel is 6-7 kms away from that location.

The hotel rooms were safe and hygienic, but the service was not good. Had to ask twice to get things done. Located deep inside a locality. Auto not easily available.

Bedsheet was not changed when i got the room. Later i realized it was dusty and used bedsheet.

They ask for extra charges while i pay full money. Ac was not working bed sheets were dirty. Very bad experience staff is not supportive.

Overall experience was not worth repeating. -flush was broken. There was leftover food on a plate when i opened the cupboard to keep my clothes. I had to go to counter to ask for towel as there was no fresh towel in the room. My room was book a day before but even then it was not prepared. They also charged me to heat up normal water (mind it, it was normal water not bisleri or kinley) if i have to stay in lucknow again, which i would in my return road trip, i would never chose the place.

The hotel owner denied check-in even after i booked it a day earlier, argued so long n denied for any kind of favour not even proper talk, also location is very cumbersome i can't get it in one reach, never ever go for it
