No ventilation in the room and ac is not working. As air isn’t circulating there is some nasty smell inside the room

The hotel rooms are not good as there mentioned and the air conditioner is not working well i feel to hot even the ac was on i feel bad about the stay and there took extra 350rs while i check-in i don't like the stay and i don't recommend it to anyone

Unhygenic, unventilated rooms, insects, no kitchen so no food although staff were good people they were bad in terms of hospitality duties

The very worst experience was when we were about to reconfirm as we are already late night we were informed that hotel denied our check in. finally we were given some alternative rooms which was very bad and full of cockroaches. totally bad experience

Denied check-in, asked for more money despite confirmed booking

Terrible experience. Person at reception outright rejecting checkin, did not honour booking, and ridiculed the amount at which the booking was promised and confirmed. Lift wasn’t working either, had reached the property with great difficulty, extremely exhausted, has to climb 3 floors, only to be treated awfully and denied the checkin unless paying whatever amount he demanded.

Charger an extra amount

The owner charged double the amount that i had already paid on the portal. It cost me around rs. 1200. So, ultimately i had to pay the exact amount without getting any discount. Also, the washroom had no soaps, tissues. Plus the bedsheet was really dirty

They were asking extra money, they behaved like rude and they not even given water to us. It was very bad experience on staying this hotel. Please don't use this hotel
