About hotel silver stay

Property location was good, we will get nearby departmental store, gym and restaurant. Even hotel itself has restaurant. Ac rooms with food availability. Hygiene wise good sometimes. Washrooms are smelly. Bed sheets were not so clean. Food will be available by one phone call. Overall average to good

Facilities are not available as per discretion before booking, not tv, no sofa, no towel. But other things are perfect

My check-in was denied. Then, i reported it to the customer's care. No hotel exists with the name of collection o hotel sundew, but a hotel with a different name. The hotel management keeps it to mislead and to attract customers.

Hotel did not except the booking of mmt and demanded extra amount for stay, it ridiculous that mmt why not reviewed their property partner's.

Hotel asked extra to check in

Don't book this hotel as the owner asks for additional payment to check in. Was asked to pay 400 additional to check in. The hotel is not fit for a personal or official peaceful stay, it is more of a hotel for local unmarried couples who rent for a few hours and even the owner is not interested to lent rooms for a full day as per online prices. Not suitable for families at all.
