I have faced so many problems and i'm not going to use mmt for any bookings now, hotel task not even provided a clean towel since morning so i had checked out at evening and went to another good hotel, they given dirty used towel after complaint

After full payment to you, in hotel they asked for money they tell no this is not enough you have to pay more in hotel, they tell makemytrip charge so less that's not enough for us, its means they are trying to spoil your name they charge me extra 440rs this is not fair. You have to do some thing regarding this
