The owner of the hotel asked for extra rs 300 saying that mmt has shown wrong room and at this low rate you will not get room. Due to urgency of stay i had paid extra rs 300. There is no water supply for 4 hrs in the room neither the tv is working even they have not provided blanket to sleep in night no breakfast provided on time

Terrible Stay
Terrible services, no sincerity, horrible food, bad behaviour, demanded extra payment, because make my trip, taking commission from hotel, didn't allow to check out, they took 700/ extra, before check out, sharing name n pics of receptionist. Sahil husain, check out timings 0715. He took luggage by force, after giving 700/ rs extra, than luggage given, missed cab, because of delay. Very bad experience

The room was big enough but the bed was not good. I couldn't sleep properly and apart from that their were no toiletries provided by the hotel. The bed sheet was also stinking

Totally worst
I regret to make this hotel a part of my journey. Behaviour of staff was very rude and abusive. They rejected to allot us rooms, taps were broken, bedsheets were very dirty, rooms very unhygienic and smelly worst experience

Pathetic hotel.
The hotel doesn't even deserve a single star.Dirty bedsheets, dirty rooms worst food. If I haven't booked the hotel in advance then I would have never entertained anyone.Hygiene of the hotel is very bad.

Location too far
Was not able to find the location where the hotel was. Though we were standing outside the hotel we were not able to recognize it

Free breakfast was not provided as per their issue oyo stopped providing free breakfast. But in my booking free breakfast was included.

Spacious rooms. But the cleanliness isn't upto the mark
U get a very very spacious room. The facilities available in the rooms are great. But the only drawback is that staff does not come to clean the room daily. Also as the rooms are very spacious with a living room attached so they don't clean it properly

Bad experience
Except for the average quality room, everything was worst including the food. First hotel staff did not carry the luggage (I had 3 bags). Couldn't get drinking water after I asked for it repeatedly. I had to get it myself. AC wasn't working properly. Food was horrible.

Very bad service
They did not give regular room service. And they had shortage of food that's on menu and they are so irresponsible. I asked them to clean up the room when i'm out but when I return the room wasn't even clean.
