No break fast no tv not provided ac in 6hrs no grijer not a delax room full cheating

Mmt team should visit and see how bad condition of the hotel,you can easily find cockroach,bugs, break mug,Balti, comode without cover ,torn bedsheet.cant explain in words how was terrible experience

The room is worst not even a proper set up of hotel waste of money and time, everywhere bed bugs and cockroaches are there. The washroom is not having lock, no proper water flow, AC is not working, The switches are exposed to threat. I strongly disagree recommending the hotel

The room and bathroom were very unhygienic there were crockroches in the room,and the floors were sticky the switch boards were repair and the ac didn't have swings the room was numb with one light fusedwhile booking breakfast was included ,but while reaching there they said no breakfast and if u want u can complain on make my trip, which was really not expected

Please don’t send any guest to this place no service dirty rooms and toilets and no bedding daily use the same bed sheet no towel or soaps are provided you have to ask them request them, lots of cockroaches once you shut the light all are out and after switching on the light you see cockroaches on your bag and bed and table everywhere please don’t send anyone its a unhygienic place not worth

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at this hotel. The rooms were dirty, the staff was unfriendly, and the amenities were subpar. From the moment I checked in, I knew something was off. The front desk staff seemed put off by my presence. The room was extremely dirty and doesn't resemble the picture at all. There were no amenities, not even basic ones like hot water or mineral water. I had to pay one of the staff members to bring me two water bottles from a nearby shop. The bed was tiny, and the floor was covered in dust. The bed-sheet was stained and torn, and the bathroom was filthy. I found hair in the shower. But the real kicker was the "free breakfast"but was not available. This was disappointing." The staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing any of my concerns. When I complained about the room, they just shrugged and told me they'd "look into it." Needless to say, I will never be staying at this hotel again. The prices are outrageous for the level of service and quality they provide. *Do not recommend.*

I booked the hotel with a complementary breakfast but didn't provide by the hotel. The hotel didn't provide drinking water, the shower was not working, and the toilet jet was broken. The washroom was very dirty.

Worst experience, staff wrist behaviour, no water, no hot water, worst experience total don't book hotel, waste of money

This hotel is perfect for big gatherings! Our kids felt right at home because of the staff, spacious rooms, and kid-friendly atmosphere.
