It’s not an hotel, it’s an lodge..

Comfort Hotel ambience is excellent. I have visited 3rd time to the hotel. I prefer this comfort hotel in DB road, RS Puram, Coimbatore to people visiting here.

More than 30 mins to check in even i reached by 2pm. Rooms are not clean. No kettles to get hot water /no complimentart toilet kits. Restatrant closed for renovation

The room which was booked was given to someone else, the room allotted was not at all clean, aircon was not working, the shower and the bed spread were pathetic. We vacated the room in 2 hrs from entry

following are the reasons why we have rated-2-bad 1)when we checked in at 4-00pm to comfort hotel, on 08/04/23 rooms we’re not ready. they made us to wait for 30 minutes, gave one room where all 4 of us huddled together later they gave 2nd room. 2)in one room ac was not functioning properly, in this summer it was not tolerable. 3)fan regulators were functioning. 4)rooms linen not hygienic, cleanliness was not proper over all our experience was bad, don’t suggest this hotel. reception lobby person was also adamant when we checked in and protested😡.

Rooms okay proper and neat. In app check in time cannot be changed. If there may be at-least 3 option for check in time then comfortable for us to make our time.

Unmaintained, dirty, torn bedsheet, old rooms, rats in the drive way, lights not working, switches not working

We arrived at around 9pm and we don't wanted to waste time in searching other accommodation options. Staff were not at all guest friendly, especially their gm. It took one hour to check in the room. Gm was confusing other staff and as well as guests. Total disappointment.

Needs improvement, facilities are less

Had a comfortable stay with easy access to all the places. A great experience!

Hotel is located in d prime location. The manager and staff is friendly. Pleasant stay.

Service was terrible and whatever we calls for room service there were no staff to give service

The room allotted to us was comfortable, though some hitches like a/c not quite ok. The main door lock puzzled us. Room service phone never responds, forcing us to resort to reception phone.

Hotel is not up to the mark, mainly the receptionists. Instead of clearing doubts false commitments were given for clarification regarding checking out. When asked receptionists are blaming others and ultimately cheating customers.

Good for business stay. Nearby market area.

Old hotel rooms are not good entrance is not nice

It's a simple and a nice place to stay. Staff are very courteous and decent. Very importantly, it's a very very cost effective place located at a very prime area in Coimbatore! I will henceforth recommend to all my friends!
