I had an outstanding experience at comfort inn coral river in pathankot, thanks in large part to the exceptional leadership of mr. Krishna, the general manager. From the moment i arrived, it was clear that the team under his guidance takes great pride in their work, ensuring that every guest feels valued and at home. Mr. Krishna’s warm welcome and personal attention to detail truly set the tone for my stay. The hotel’s location along the river provides stunning, tranquil views that make it the perfect getaway from the hustle of everyday life. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, exactly as depicted online, which added to the comfort of my stay. The staff, clearly motivated by excellent management, were attentive and professional, always going the extra mile to assist with any request. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was also top-notch, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes, all served in a timely manner. One thing that could elevate the outdoor experience would be the addition of a walking path or garden by the riverbank, making it even more inviting for guests who wish to enjoy the scenic surroundings. Overall, it was mr. Krishna’s personal attention and the remarkable hospitality of his team that made my stay truly memorable. We stayed in river side room and it was a wonderful stay with good services. We had walk at night outside the room at river side and it was beautiful moonlight walk. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

The facilities were excellent and staff is very friendly. GM him self take round of Hotel and ask us about our experience. Food is the USP of the resort. Location of resort is one off Main attractions. I have visited three times this Resort in this year.

A Nice place on the waterfront

Stayed for one night on 19th of May 2016 in a semi deluxe room (though actually booked a deluxe room). Reason being the location of the semi deluxe room which is on the first floor and has a mesmerizing view of the vast stretch of canal waters in front. Room was good and clean but somehow there was a problem of houseflies. However, the staff was very accommodating and quickly fixed the problem. The ambience of the room was good, Nice cooling AC even in the May hot season, toilet adequately clean. Room service really delightful. No match for the restaurant and the food. One of the best in the region. A satisfying experience and would to stay every time I pass by this side.

The location of the resort is beautiful, right on the bank of river ravi. The hotel needs a bit of maintenance but the service and food is top class. Will definitely stay again

It was a short stopover but stay was comfortable, food was good and the location was great. Right on the highway and next to the canal water. Would definitely recommend it to others and stay here again. Rooms were good too and staff was courteous. All in all a good option for the price.

They should be like making couples feel safe in their hotels, as 79% of your hotel service is used by couples and you should do something for them. If couples are not happy with hotels it's your responsibility to take care of it.

Convenient location, on the jammu highway, right at the punjab-j&k border, but that’s about it. Rooms were basic, as were the amenities provided (although they were good enough to have radiator heaters in their rooms. There’s a mall about 10 km away with plenty of fast food joints and a microbrewery.
