Location is good but lot of noise due to adjacent neighbour hood. Few rooms are not up to the mark. However we got upgraded double room which was good. Airport drop was included but they still charged us

I recently stayed at this property and overall, I had a pleasant experience. Location: The location was excellent. It was centrally located and easy to access all the major attractions in the area. Public transport was nearby, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Food: The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, both local and continental. I especially enjoyed the local dishes they served during dinner. Room service was also prompt and the food quality remained consistent. Amenities: The property offered all the necessary amenities. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable throughout my stay. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the gym had all the basic equipment I needed. I also appreciated the 24/7 front desk and security. Services: The staff were very polite, helpful, and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Food was average , toiletries were not mantained good, the water drainage in basins had issues. The hotel should take care of providing good hygiene and resolve the issues. Staff was courteous. The location is good , can reach airport within 5 mints, they provide airport cab only for 200 Rs very reasonable.
