No service for food and other items. The caretaker provided tea(chargeable), and the room was ok.

Location is amazing, very close to beach. Super affordable property at such location and owners are very warm and welcoming.

It is good place to stay near beach in agonda. Right on side of beach gives advantage of accessing sea at ease. Property only offers 1 water bottle during stay and do not have water purifier etc. You gotta pay for a new bottle every time which i didn't like, rest everything was fine. This is a homestay so the owner lives on the ground floor, just in case people are looking for places without the owner

Location is good. 1 min walk to the beach. Clean. Well maintained and reasonable price. We didn't try the food here as adjacent property had a great situation out.

Great view and beach is nearby, would definitely recommend. They have adorable pets too and a parking space also

We had to leave the property and bob an alternate one as they had no ac working and also had a terrible speed of fan where even in 5 speed there was no proper air circulation in that room

The property area was good but the rooms were not that good, the rooms were average. The rooms were not cleaned properly and in one of the huts the washroom was open from upside.

This was one of my best stays almost near to Agonda beach.. the only draw back is the toilet water needs a good outlet apart from that me and my family enjoyed a lot 🍾🍾🎣🎣🎣

Rooms where good but there is no balcony view as mentioned when i was booking. The whole balcony was covered with a plastic sheet.

All is beautifull everything was best no food no breakfast no tea beach is in front covered with two big mountains

The place is really nice, quiet and you can listen to the sea waves, except for the dogs at the beach, attacking people in the nights as well as early mornings. There are soo many dogs in goa, especially the stray ones. Coming back to the room and the stay, it was fantastic and very friendly hosts. Overall the stay was nice and peaceful. Thank you.

The room service was good and so was the ambience of the place. We vibe d a lot and def looking forward to come back soon.

This place is wonder very calm and very peaceful clean and view are awesome. Just calling staff is bit a problem to get tea or coffee but nearby lots of cafe so you can manage. Wifi also not that good if some wants to workation. rest everything here is worth a visit
