The experience was great the view was really nice but for vegetarians the food options for lunch and dinner especially starters were very limited but overall a good experience.

The experience of stay at this hotel was exceptional. It is an awesome location, matching only 2 other hotels in wayanad, one of them is Taj. The road to enter the hotel is quite bumpy and we were skeptical to go to this hotel, but it in the forest so its given that the road will not be concrete. Once we entered the hotel, everyone was in awe of the view and the ambience. Rosin at the reception was very friendly and exceptional in her service. We got a dual bungalow with lake view to stay and our balcony opened up to the beautiful forest trees and lake ahead. It was out of the world. Rooms are clean and neat, food was great, they even have entertainment section where we had fun playing pool, chess and carrom. They even had spa, but the female lady was not present when we wanted to do it close to 5pm. But the spa rooms felt relaxing. A must visit. I accidentally forgot my specs there, but Rosin was kind enough to help me get it couriered. Staff is very friendly and humble.

We enjoyed at the stay and also the food was good. We were served with jain food as asked. We also had an upgrade to lake view room by the manager which was amazing.

We had four day stay over here. Great location, especially the lake view rooms where we stayed. We went there during monsoon season in july. Weather was always cloudy and pleasant. When it rained, the views from the room of the lake and the mountains were even better. You have to do 2 km of off-roading to reach the resort but the view is worth it. Just make sure you reach there before it's dark as the off-roading is through the jungle. It's completely isolated and can get a bit scary for some people after evening. All the staff here are extremely helpful and courteous. Manager shaji was very kind and always available to help with anything. Food options are a bit limited though but hey you are in a jungle right! it is understandable that getting food here could be a bit difficult. Though the speed of the service could be improved. Nothing on the staff, they work really hard i think, but they're probably less in number compared to the workload they have. Perhaps they need to hire more staff. Wifi and mobile networks work nicely, so that won't be any issue for you. Pool is small but has a great view, so don't miss out on that.

This is a true escape from the city life. The resort is located in great location with the most beautiful view all around. They have beautiful rooms and each room has a lake view to enjoy the scenery and the food was really good.

The location of the resort was beautiful with breathtaking view of the banasura sagara lake. Room service was 5 star where there was immediate response. Food was good with great service where they keep checking with you for each meal. And coming to the staff i can give them 5 star too, they were all lovely.

Property is located in backwaters of banasura. It has excellent views from the lake view and pool side rooms. Food is tasty and need to be p reordered. Hospitality from staff was top notch. We were well taken care. Overall enjoyed the vacation and time with my family

The stay at contour island resort 🏝️ was wonderful as the resort has a good location surrounded by magnificent mountains and beautiful view of Banasura Dam water, an awesome location of pool with the beautiful scenic view, the food and breakfast was also delicious. Completely it is a remarkable stay in Wayanad and the stay in contour had doubled the enjoyment.

The rooms with the views are splendid, the maintenance of the rooms, location, food is superb. I would like to make a small suggestion is that the indoor games which they are providing are not maintained at all it would be great if they can correct it. The infinity pool is mind blowing with the view of dam. Overall a beautiful place to unwind

I had booked a cottage and room in this property. While the cottage stay was excellent, the roo. Stay for my other 2 family members were average as there was no lift for the aged people to move, tv was not working and not serviced as well. All the staffs were very cordial and punctual. The resort is on the off road and have an excellent location. Overall a very good stay.
