In service. Food, location. Pool. Indoor games. Everything was fabulous. Staff was really helpful and cooperative. Loved the place and Coorg ... Only struggle was with the Wi-Fi. Not available inside the room

Simply awesome hideout. Value for money. Staffs are too friendly. Felt really like in peace with the surroundings. Food is also good if you like South Indian dishes. Should try there sambar curry. Me and wife stayed for only one day but we tried to get for one day but rooms were full.

Good points- 1. Very good resort in its star category. Nice property. There are various types of cottages and studio apartments. Full greenery around the property with old trees. Various places to roam around and click photos. 2. Very spacious rooms in cottages. Either they will have very big room of hall size or they will have one room and a small dining room to sit, relax or have food. 3. They have the provision of a small conference, tv projector, bonfire and a separate party place along with it. 4. Beautiful trees, plants everywhere, there are places to click photos in day as well as at night as they have put good lighting around. Few points which require improvement: 1. Rooms were not ready when we got into the resort. I had to wait for a longer time. 2. There was confusion about the room types i booked, i had booked for a cottage but they said it is for a studio apartment. 3. 20km away from madikeri so you need to plan your places to visit properly. There are markets after few kms. 4. Food is pathetic, they really need to work on this.

Comfortable stay. Rooms are good and the food is also good. Only the bathroom was not maintained properly. Service was excellent. Good indoor games facilities. Nice place to spend a few days with your family and children.

I suggest please find some cheaper hotel because it is not value for money. Location is good but it is too far from Madikeri. Cooking is close by 9:30 pm that is not good for people who is live in mega city

Amazing overall, full of outdoor and indoor activities. Main thing is its location set amid nature. Nicely maintained. Housekeeping needs a little bit of improvement. Also room service needs to be improved. Hotel in itself gives a feel nature lover resort.

The room was smelling when we entered but next day it was cleaned. The location is nice and a lot outdoor and indoor games. Indoor games like pool, chess, table tennis etc ... Nice swimming pool .., kids would enjoy lot

We went to Coorg with kids. It was nice and comfortable stay at resort. Staff was very cooperative. Facilities were good. Kids really enjoyed swimming in a pool. Location is not far from local sightseeing.

Coorg County resort has a nice swimming pool and the property is full of greenery. The rooms are good. The only issue we faced was the pathetic room service and the restaurant staff behavior. We reached the resort at around 11 : 30 am on Saturday and the restaurant was closed. We went out to have a little breakfast and came back. Then we went to the restaurant to order lunch and the person there was not even ready to take food order, saying 5 mins 10 mins etc. Finally after waiting for 30 minutes we again went outside for lunch and had it from another hotel. Nice to stay.

Good nature, simply fine. It was in a natural and full of mist and greenish, for relaxing swimming pool also located there and having complimentary breakfast also giving good taste to the people's fine.

Nature experience. Very nice place. Cottage stay is very good experience for us. Good enjoyment with family at swimming pool. Breakfast is very nice. Overall, 4 out of 5 points. It's just 300m from main road.

Difficult to find

Hotel is nice and located into woods. That's really good. But It was a big challenge to find the hotel.. The location which shows in Google maps is false... It is 5-6 Km away from that.. Otherwise the hotel is good and value for money.

I stayed for 4 days, really value for money, food was average. Swimming pool was very good, good maintenance. Negative think about county resort is only one- cottages are very bad, lot of mosquitoes, insects, bathroom was not clean, don't choose cottage in that place.

Peaceful estate stay

If you are looking to move away from the hustle and bustle of the city then this is the place you want to stay. I got a good offer from makemytrip and hence I felt it was value for money. The food and service was excellent. But I still feel there needs to be more AC deluxe room. The pool needs to be a little clean. (result of borewell water). Installing flatscreen TVs could be another improvement. Also please allow ATV inside the plantation. If these things are fixed, I think the resort would be bustling with people.

One thing that moved us most is the service orientation of staff. The room service guy also promptly delivered extra garden chairs requested, without passing on the request to someone else. The place is away from market but service boys ensured that we get everything that we needed at the earliest! Would love to stay there again to get completely chilled out in the surrounds of nature!

Either they will have very big room of hall size or they will have one room and a small dining room to sit, relax or have food. They have a couple of rooms in each category so two families can choose the same type and stay together next to each other. 👍 3. They have the provision of a small conference, TV projector, bonfire and a separate party place along with it.👍🏕️ 4. Beautiful trees, plants everywhere, there are places to click photos in day as well as at night as they have put good lighting around.👌🌳 5. They have few birds, in a well maintained cage of bigger size, it's really good to see them and spend some time with them 🦜🕊️🐦 6. They had few activities earlier it seems as there are few left over and in damage condition. If they maintain it well, then this itself can hype their property value. 7. The breakfast was good as compared to other meals check out the details below. Few points which require improvement: 1. Rooms were not ready when we got into the resort. I had to wait for a longer time. 2. There was confusion about the room types i booked, i had booked for a cottage but they said it is for a studio apartment. It's a mistake when they put advertisements and they have to clearly list it. Anyways they have allocated me a cottage for the first day but asked me to shift to the studio for the next day. So be careful while you select a room. 3. 20km away from Madikeri so you need to plan your places to visit properly. There are markets after few kms. So if you don't want to go outside then you need to rely on resort services only. 4. Food is pathetic, they really need to work on this. Whatever i ordered was so bad in taste and not even cooked properly. 5. Few lights were damaged in and around cottages and within cottages too. 6. The bathroom door was small in height, i hit my head twice. :-( 7. No early morning, bed tea provision. 8. Service was just ok, can be improved.
