It was a nice pleasant stay
i had a great stay with the staff being good and supportive one thing that can improve is crowd control and management specifically near the swimming pool area and club activities but yeah overall a good stay. I had a good stay

Happy with stay

Food was good, all people and staffs were very helpful and courteous. Rooms were good enough. Service was excellent. Only thing what i feel can improve is the speed of food preparation for room service, it takes lot of time

Room and resort location was good. Food was just average. Kids toys were broken. Overall it was an average stay.

Ambience is good, swimming pool is good
but room amenities not available, tv doesn't work
hot water not available. Overall its okay. Night ambience is good

Very bad experience

The room was very dirty and the room door was not working lights were not working, as we have booked through make my trip they given as the rooms which are not in use they only said it very bad experience overall
