We had a fantastic stay at coorg marriott resort and spa. The property is beautiful, the rooms were super spacious and the food at the resort was excellent. The service and the staff is par excellence. The views of the valley are great. There are many activities for kids and adults. We will be back!

Beautifully located in midst of dense forest. It has all amenities to enjoy the stay. Food was amazing and hospitality of staff was par excellent. House keeping services were highly appreciated. Reception staff was very curtious, ever smiling, friendly and always ready to help

The food, the room and the actual location are amazing. Everyone here is so kind and helpful and wants to make you enjoy your visit. A big shout out to the coco lab and naturalists who are really knowledgeable and make this an amazing experience. All in all everything was perfect and my family enjoyed our stay here.

The resort is beautifully located with well maintained amenities. They have lot of activities for everyone and kid play area is also great. The staffs are very cordial and helpful. The food was very tasty and the chef was always ready to customise food taste as per our requirement. We were travel-ling with a 2 years old baby and the chef helped us with tasty baby friendly non-spicy food. Front desk staffs are very friendly and always ready to help. Unfortunately, we had to check out one day early because of a personal urgency and the duty manager mr. Um-er went above and beyond to help and support us. Thanks ma-riot coorg for being the best at the customer experience. I’ll surely visit soon again!

One word : awesome! it was one of the best stay i have stayed in my entire life! the hospitality is just too good! you can never find this type of hospitality anywhere else! the rooms were neat & clean! the property is built in 35 acres and it is maintained in top shape. The food is good and mix of all regions globally. In fact whatever you ask which is not there in menu, you will get it! just tell them. I never stepped out of property for 2 days and still some part of the property was left unexplored

Its a new property, around a year old. The location and road to the properly is full of nature. The property is designed brilliantly with all the villas have full view of valley and total privacy is maintained. Very well maintained, great amenities and many more upcoming, extraordinary and wide range of buffet food menu, evening high tea also has good food, bone fire, children play area, spa and many more things to do at one place. Each and every person from the staff is humble, helpful and co-operative. A must visit place.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Everything about the property is stunning and gorgeous. There's so much green around. And the best part is that the property is pet friendly. The entire staff were so amazing towards my pet and took care of him while we had breakfast and dinner at the property. The service is top notch and the entire staff is very good. Not a big fan of the food and the menu there as there could be improvements to that.

Our three-day stay at marriott resort, coorg, was truly wonderful. Surrounded by nature, the resort offered a perfect blend of ambiance and warm hospitality. The staff were highly cooperative, and the food was delicious, offering a delightful variety. It’s an ideal escape for anyone seeking relaxation in a scenic, welcoming setting.

Coorg marriott has been a fabulous experience personally for me and my family and will always remain close to my heart. It was just like a second home to me. The villa we stayed was so cosy and spacious, the nature view from our balcony was so beautiful and serene. Each and every staff has always gone an extra mile to make our trip super special and memorable. Special thanks to the chef mr brijesta tiwari, ranjith and their entire team who had taken so good care with their most yummiest dishes and given us personal attention with all our requirements. They have gone way beyond in providing us such fine meals with huge varieties of soulfulfood and was impressed with their fantastic presentation. They really provided more than we could imagine and treated us with so much royalty. I would also thank other staff mr sat-pal the bartender who made most delectable drinks, mr. Chandan for offering wonderful desserts, our servers miss pramila, miss dayani and mr. Sairaj for their humble services. The front desk staff mr. Um-er and anjali for welcoming us in such a grand way. A special thank you to an important staff mr. Lithion for giving us a fabulous experience at the morning coffee plantation trail walk. It was such a lively and fantastic experience to explore nature so closely and learning so much about them. He has been a fabulous host throughout our trip and has taken an extra mile in guiding where we can get the best of coorg products around the vicinity. We loved all the amenities provided and also enjoyed d spa and the gaming experience. Special thanks to all support staff, gaming staff and buggy drivers. Last but not least our in house manager mr soorya narayana and mr suman for making us feel so special and welcomed. This has by far been our most lovable and best staycation ever and would love to come here always. Would highly recommend everyone to come and visit coorg and stay only in mariott.

The stay was awesome. We just fell in love with the serene forest surrounding the property. The property itself is well maintained and its a great stay for families. Lot of options to explore within the property starting from nature walk, recreational rooms, child play area and games quest. We were in awe when we reached the place and the room was more than what we expected. Spacious rooms with spacious bathrooms. You will love to come back to this property.

Location & First Impressions Marriott’s resort in the Kodava region of Coorg is stunning, offering breathtaking views that left me in awe. This was my first stay at a Marriott resorts, and the location and hospitality did not disappoint. Check-in Experience Anushka handled our check-in seamlessly, making us feel warmly welcomed from the start. She and the team organised a surprise cake and decoration in the room, adding a lovely touch in the room on the occasion of my birthday.🫶🏼🫰🏼 Dining & Service • Mercara Outpost: The bar boasts incredible views. Avinash provided excellent service, offering Port wine and crafting a custom mocktail that was superb. • Madikeri Kitchen: The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food options. I celebrated a belated birthday here, and Soorya made the occasion memorable by arranging a special table and a surprise cake, ensuring I felt special and attended to. Customer Service While most of the staff were exceptional, there was a minor disappointment with Donista from Madikeri Kitchen. As we were about to sit for breakfast, she abruptly asked us to move to another table, claiming it was promised to someone else, despite there being no reservation sign. We complied without making a fuss, but this left a very negative impression, especially since the table remained unoccupied for the next hour. We specifically wanted that table for its views. A little feedback or training would help her upskill her hospitality services. On a positive note, Ajith from the breakfast buffet went above and beyond by accommodating our request to pack some snacks for our journey home, showcasing excellent customer service. Facilities & Amenities The property is excellent, with beautiful rooms and stunning views. The bathroom, in particular, was lavish, and the day bed provided a serene spot to relax and enjoy the jungle views, complete with the soothing sounds of birds and insects. Spa Experience Unfortunately, we couldn’t experience the spa as it was fully booked. It would be great if the resort could expand its spa facilities to accommodate more guests, especially those looking to relax during weekend getaways. Check out : Tina at checkout was super sweet, making the process smooth and breezy. Genuinely asked about any feedback for scope of improvement which was very nice ! Overall Rating 5/5 - Marriott Coorg is one of the finest resorts, rivaling even the Taj in Madikeri. I look forward to returning 🫶🏼
