The hotel been so nice ambience also good. They provided fire camp and all maintainance also good. It was so near to tourist attractions

I had a great time at the resort! it's in a quiet spot just a short walk from the main road, so it's peaceful but still easy to get around. The staff were really nice and helpful, even when we accidentally locked ourselves out late at night. They helped us organize a jeep tour and said they could arrange a bonfire if we wanted. Overall, it was a really nice place to stay, and i'd definitely recommend it to others.

Stay was decent, wardrobe was shaky and old one. Feels like it might break or fall down if heavy luggage is kept in it. It is same issue in both rooms we booked. Breakfast was good. Tea or coffee ate chargeable after breakfasts. Beds are too noisy coz of old spring mattress

Room is clean and surrounding area was good. Nice view from inside with big window and curtains. Geaser was there for hot water.

Property located in prominent area in coorg. Om kareswarar temple, sunset sunrise view point park, madikeri fort, thimmaiah museum are very close less than 1 km from the hotel. Property located few meters away from main road. Simple breakfast. Even coffee served in breakfast is charged. Small siva temple located just opposite of the hotel. Overall good and comfortable stay. Rooms are reasonably maintained well.

Breakfast not good and rooms are neatly maintained. There is no restaurant at hotel so we need to go out and find restaurant for dinner.

Need to concentrate: the property badly needs a renovation. All the interior and furnitures need to be serviced. Rooms need to be cleaned and painted. Positives: room service was very helpful and customer friend throughout my stay. The location is near to all important spots of madikeri main.

Location is good, ample parking space. Looking at the cost aspect, hotel amenities and Wi-Fi could have been provided. Food was good.

I wouldnt say this is a bad stay. But it could have been a lot lot better. To start with, this is not exactly the 'villa' as the name goes by. Not all the rooms have balconies. Only 4 rooms have balconies and the other rooms have just huge windows, so make sure to check the availability before booking. The walls were dirty, doors were worn out. Cupboards are out of question. Our bathroom had a snail (we had to call the room service to clean it up. Surprisingly, we found a cockroach in the bed too. Not really hygienic. Should take more care of the room. It's definitely not worth the money that we paid. If you have high expectations by looking at the pictures, nope. You should lower them way down. Now the good things the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Should give it to them for being supportive. I can only complain about the room but the staffs were very good (though the room service could have been a little quicker) the location and parking are amazing. A few tourist spots are very much accessible. Hassle free, check in and check out. Good staff, bad rooms. Good location, bad accommodation. Amazing accessibility, awful hygiene. Definitely not worth i spent for two nights and two rooms.

Pros: 1. Location is very near to the city. All the sites in madikeri city are easily accessible. Very near to main road. 2. Even though it is near to main road but once you are inside the property, it is very peaceful. 3. Service is good, staff is very polite and proactive. 4. Budget friendly. Cons: 1. Rooms are spacious but old. Even the furniture is shaky and old. 2. Bedsheets were not clean and towels were also torn and not so clean. 3. Bathroom doors were very dirty. 4. They only serve breakfast, no lunch or dinner. 5. Toiletries are paid. 6. The building looks new in pictures, but actually its an old property. Overall it was an average, budget friendly stay.

Location - good. Linens - given unwashed and dirty linens. Towels are torn. After much persuasion they changed the linens. Bed - unclean and dirty. Mattress- very old and springs spikes can be felt and give a worse back ache. Room service - no operational restaurant though mm t mentions room service is there. We had to wait 1 hour for tea and room service not available before 7:30 am. Breakfast - they serve breakfast bringing from outside. Only idli, medu vada, up-ma is there and served cold. Only 1 hour they serve and also the items got over even if we were on time. Absolutely not recommended for a family. They charge so much like 5k plus per day but basic amenities are with issues. Mm t customer care is also very pathetic.
