Dear Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. At the time of check-in, no welcome drink was offered. The room provided was significantly different from what was shown on your website (please refer to the attached photo for reference). The bed had exposed screws at the headboard, which is a safety concern. Additionally, the room had large glass windows that compromised privacy, as the bed was clearly visible from outside. Basic amenities were missing — there was no tea/coffee setup, no electric kettle, and not even tea cups. The room was furnished with worn-out plastic furniture, the washroom was unhygienic, and the curtains were visibly dirty. The television was awkwardly positioned, there was no intercom or doorbell, making it inconvenient to contact the staff. The room seemed to be designed more for appearance than guest comfort. I also had lunch at the property, which was average in taste and served on steel plates typically used in roadside eateries. I requested Mr. Ankur for a room change, but due to high occupancy over the weekend, no alternative was offered. The hotel is advertised as a riverside property, but the access to the river is not as described — it is far, unsafe, and poorly maintained. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were extremely disappointing. Considering the gap between expectations and actual experience, I kindly request a full refund. The location of the property is excellent. It's quiet and peaceful, surrounded by lush green forest. The food quality and preparation is very good and the amenities are top notch.

Room is neat and clean, forest facing balcony. hot water and excellent service

Very good location right in middle of the mountains. Scenic view from the balcony, will suggest to go for room #103. Delicious food which is always freshly prepared. We were really happy with the service and would like to mention about ankush who is the chef and caretaker of the hotel. He will go out of the way and try to cater your demands. Located near riverside but the approach is not very smooth and you will find langurs on the way. All in all a very decent place to stay around lansdowne which is an hour's drive from this hotel

Food is delicious with less oil. Staff is very decent. Property is also very very peaceful.
