Good location. Good breakfast. Cooperative staff including multilingual asst manager. Clean and tidy rooms. Tea& coffee and complementary breakfast is awesome at a low budget hotel tariff.

Proper justice at this price tag, spacious suit type of room ( deluxe room, largest balcony i have ever stayed in any hotel, nice view of mountain, clean, staffs are responsive, don’t accept or ask for tips. Interiors are very modern, overall a good vibe from this brand new property. Also helps for renting car for sightseeing, i didn’t notice any price difference when compared with outside rental services.

I stayed in the dorm for a day. There were about 6 beds in the room which was quite big. The bathroom was attached and clean too. I don't have any pics.

The good: centrally located. Everything was clean. Hot water was very good but no shower, only an indian style bucket as long as you are okay with that. Wifi very fast. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff were very friendly and let me keep my bag there for a few days for free after checkout. The downsides: the sound insulation is pretty bad, meaning you can hear others in the surrounding rooms. The guesthouse is also currently undergoing renovations so you can loudly hear construction throughout the day. The renovations also mean there is no restaurant or dining area. You cannot order any food besides breakfast and it must be eaten in your room. I stayed in the twin bed room and the windows, which were frosted, faced to a side alley, meaning there was little natural light. Therefore, the room felt very dark and dinghy. Finally, the private bathroom is not attached to the room, so technically anyone can use it, which they do. This should be described accurately in the room description.
