The room that i stayed in was a suite only for namesake. If you look them up on web you would see oven, kitchenware, fridge, etc but in reality they had only a coffee/tea maker. We checked in at 3 am after a long 24 hrs flight from us and wanted to take a hot water shower just to realise that there was no hot water. Next day when we complained they tried fixing and the result was muddy water but still cold. We ended up using the kettle as our geyser for rest of the stay. All towels and bedding were almost 5 yrs old. Good part is food and staff that’s the only reason why we didn’t terminate our stay mid way. I would suggest that you do your research well before getting into this mess. I wish the management takes corrective action to turn things better and thing about guests who run your business instead of taking them for granted
