its basic standard hotel, there is no amenities, cleaning is also not good. not recommended for family. only advantage of this hotel is its near by railway station

No running hot water, dirty room and bead spread, Unresponsive reception. Mouldy smell from the room.

The location of the hotel is good. But when we checked in Lift was not working. TV was not working. The only amenities we got were AC and beds to sleep.

Location is very good. Rooms were decent size. Food was palatable . Service was good. Mattress was not good. Towels & bed spreads could be better . Bathrooms were good. However Rooms were not kept clean. Lift was not working day we stayed .

Worst experience with reception and there are badly maintained rooms. The bed and bedspread are very poor conditions. Break fast worst to the core. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

Room wa in pretty bad condition. Water logging on walls and smelling bad. No TV connection. Can’t suggest this one to stay.

Rooms, blanket, towel and pillow are dirty and uncleaned... it seems like an unmaintained hotel. My recommendation is don't prefer this hotel. For this price, will get better hotel nearby...

rooms are always good. for me madurai stay is always going to be cosmopolitan hotel. staff are very polite and over all a good staying experience

Service level specially Evening is very bad.Room is specious, Breakfast is Limited items . Morning Breakfast Guy's are ok

The stay was average overall. On the positive side, the property’s location is excellent — close to the railway station and right in the heart of the city. Breakfast was satisfactory. The bathroom basin and ceiling had visible damage, and there were no tissues, buckets, or mugs provided. Wi-Fi connectivity inside the room was poor.

Property not maintained well. Lack of fan in a tropical place is unexcusable as many may not like AC. no bucket, mug & tap in the bathroom is horrible. Elderly people can't bath with shower . Above all, no hot water coming from shower & they provided same by carrying in buckets from kitchen. This has delayed our temple visit. The towels provided were dirtiest I have ever seen in my life. Absolute rubbish hotel & I expect I should be compensated for my ordeal.

i have had a bad experience with this property. they treat like mad. I have returned with 30min after seeing room. there is no Ac and no Air inside the room. washroom very bad. 2 hours waiting alternate option after connecting with Make my trip. there is no update from both side .
