Mr. Ali, Thank you for taking the time to post your feelings . Cottage Winterfell welcomes the guests who are honest and treat this home as their own home . Where as you have been dishonest right from the start. You made a booking for 4 person only and you never told us that you have 4 kids coming with you . Your kids made a mess of the house and broken few things and damages were not paid . You wasted too much water and yes it’s true that sometimes the water supply in mountains is erratic but we are committed to supply water to our guests if they are sincere and treat this home as their own home , whereas you left the flush open at both the nights. We do not look forward to seeing you again . Regards

Thank you pooja for your review & having a pleasant stay at cottage winterfell. We have been very honest with all the amenities & pictures that we have in the cottage. If you would have seen the details it’s clearly mentioned second room as a convertible room with a queen bed. The murphy bed gives you that convertible access while utilising the space when needed.
