There is no basic amenities provided....Minor things like... mirror dustbin... toiletries etc. No response ever after requesting to provide ...Staff is too busy and they respond to you back after hours of request. whatever the details shown in booking is not provided. Poor stay.

Light issue and basic amenities are not available neither good healthy breakfast . Room service is not good

The property is located in a very good location and close to Airport, Malls, center of the city and has decent good food options. You can dine in here or go out anywhere for food as many hotels are close by. I had visited this property few years back and now they property needs good maintenance, looked like they are renovating the same. May be next time i should be more happy to visit them.

Staff is very rude....They have problem with every single thing. Reception people say those are our MD's. Clearly the MDs don't need business if we go to pool they ask for cap n goggles. if u order something like medicine or some stationary delivery guy should not come to reception also...They check your things... worst stay.....during a hectic schedule of mine

Room was not clean. As well as toilet was also very dirty. There was no hot water facility in bathroom. AC was in very bad condition, too much noisy. Overall it was waste of money.

Worst room , Used BED Covers, Break Fast Not Good "Room was filthy. AC wasn't working. Staff seemed uninterested. Breakfast was awful. Overall, a terrible experience. I expect better for the price I paid. Hope you fix these issues ASAP!"

Horrible rooms. Shower not working properly. Stink in the room. Towels are pale and not white even though they were washed. Overall a bad exp. Had booked for one day but left at 8 pm the same day. Only positive side was the staff was very courteous. Guess even they cannot help the mess.

Pathetic experience! The room was okay but the bedsheets were torn. Pillows dirt stains. The worst was the bathroom. Dirty toilet seats. Tiles with stains. Breakfast rating too zero Everything was zero

it is away from Airport & route is not walkable due to lot of construction activities. wash room is not clean especially bucket & mug.

The rooms are too old, dust on the bed and torn linen. Received a room with sharing door through which we smelt smoke from the other room.

Found cigarette buds in toilet.. used soap near shower, no hot water from shower and there was limited food budget 800( paid 1500 online)

There were no hot water. Bathroom door was unable to close. No cleanliness.

Property staff were very rude and arrogant. The property restaurant was not hygiene. The rooms are very old and have not in renovated in a very long time. The room is not worth the money paid. Its not couple friendly. Over all experience was very very bad at the property. I dont hove imagine

I am appalled and disappointed by the atrocious state of this resort. The glaring lack of attention to detail and subpar amenities make it a destination to avoid at all costs. _unacceptable infrastructure_ - the road inside the resort remains unfinished, setting the tone for a disastrous stay. - the cottages, although visually appealing from the outside, are marred by interconnected rooms that facilitate the unwanted transfer of noise. _inexcusable lack of basic amenities_ - the absence of a table inside the room forces guests to eat on the bed or brave the mosquito-infested outdoors. - the outdoor table is filthy, with bird droppings and a bouncy surface that makes it impossible to place items securely. _unfinished and unusable furniture_ - drawers without handles are both impractical and frustrating. - unfinished furniture is an eyesore and a testament to the resort's lack of attention to detail. _convoluted and inconvenient lighting_ - there is no bed switch, forcing guests to get out of bed to switch lights on or off. - the dressing table is inconveniently located on one side of the bed, while the corresponding light switch is on the opposite side. - the bathroom light switch is illogically placed inside the bathroom on the opposite wall, ensuring a frustrating and inconvenient experience. _ancient and hazardous bathroom facilities_ - the bathroom's outdated ceramic floor tiles are slippery and hazardous. - the lack of wet and dry area separation ensures a perpetually flooded floor. - plumbing from another era results in water flowing into unwanted areas, creating a mess. _the only redeeming factors_ - the outside ambience is pleasant, offering a fleeting respite from the resort's numerous shortcomings. - the support staff is courteous and helpful, a rare bright spot in an otherwise dismal experience. In conclusion, this resort's multitude of failures makes it a destination to avoid. Until significant improvements are made, guests would be wise to look elsewhere for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms were very spacious. Everything was clean and hygienic. The staff was welcoming. Even though we had a late check in and were continuously travelling, the rooms and the ambience of the place really helped feel relaxed.

Very bad linen, teraed one also worst breakfast. Late night sound of wedding hosted. You cannot even sleep.

The mattress was uneven - couldn't sleep the whole night. I travel-led over 8 hours for a function next morning, and when i checked in they told me 'no hot water' - had to shower in cold 17deg weather. In the morning, although hot water was supposed to be available at 3:30am, we didn't get in tap until 7am, that too after flushing over 3 buckets of water. Room service was not available for morning tea. Nobody at reception when i wanted to check out. Had to wait over 30min just to checkout. I normally don't write bad reviews for any business, as being owner a business myself, i know sometimes there are minor deficiencies. But i wonder what i paid for in this stay- just got a roof, four walls and safe night?
