Good location, near to shooing mall, cinema and located in very open area and also near to city centre. good food, supportive staff. loved staying with family.

hotel..I checked in at 4 pm..the kitchen staff refused to serve Indian cuisine, not even dal and rice saying Indian kitchen is closed at 3.30 pm...had to give pasta which my 5 yr old kid doesn't eat and it's junk food for her, since I was left with no option. Food n beverages service is highly mismanaged. Rooms and service and location are very good otherwise

Bad rooms and staff attitude
The hotel stay was extremely bad as the most basic things you pay for with a country inn is the quality of rooms and service. Both were beyond disappointing. The rooms has not been cleaned and the staff was unhelpful.

Good hotel but below average service
Housekeeping front office and hygiene was good. The restaurant staff was very cold and dry. They didn’t want to go an extra mile to please their guests. It felt like they were looking down upon us as we were asking for more support. We asked as I had my cancer survivor mom and she needed salted food only, due to chemo and radiation she can’t have spice. At one point during breakfast today one of the staff came to ask if he should clear our table while we were still eating. Also the menu on the buffet was limited
