Rooms were clean and hygienic. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Rooftop restaurant has nice ambiance and good variety of food. Properly is located near famous Hall Bazaar market. Golden temple is around 20 mins walk. Overall a nice and comfortable experience!!

Stay was awesome...The rooms were well lit and amenities were also available. The staff was cooperative. The location was also ok. The issue is that E- Rickshaw will charge 100/- always. wherever you go.....It is a little far away from the Golden temple, But the Golden temple nearby is very congested. This location is good enough and not as congested as nearby areas of golden temple

Hotel is located at the inner side of the narrow streets of old Amritsar. It is not on the main road. Hotel Parking is bad. Hospitality and food is good. Descent 3 star hotel however expensive. Will choose holiday inn or HK Clark’s inn next time.

Excellent stay for a short trip

I have visited amritsar on 29th Sep with my family (03 adults and 01 kid) and stayed at the hotel. Location is very near to the station (hardly 1km) near to the heritage hall gate. I have booked One superior and one standard room. However they have upgraded me with both superior rooms after a waiting period of 20 mins. Rooms are neat and clean and i have a confertable stay during the visit. The hotel staff was very cooperative and they kept our luggage in the clock rooms for an extra duration. The breakfast at the restaurant is awesome tasty, specially tht amritsari kulcha, cutlet and sandwiches. I feel only one thing tht rooms does not have any windows and the same does nt have any views. Additionally the toilets does are very congested jst like the trains ones. This is the only thing i feel they need to improve else the stay was very comfortable and really enjoyed my short trip.

Great property at affordable price. Most of the things are at walking distance - Hall bazaar is 5 mins away, partition museum, Jallianwala bagh and Golden temple is 15 mins away. You can easily get e-rickshaws outside the hotel most of the time. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is quite decent again. The only thing that can be improved are the amenities, should be given as per the guest count. Overall a great stay!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to key attractions yet peaceful enough for relaxation. The food at the restaurant was delicious with plenty of variety. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service.
