Everything in this resort is extremely value for money. The breakfast is also worth it. The two pools could be a bit more deep. Other than that everything is just perfect. The staff is also very friendly and helpful

Our stay at country spa wellness beach resort, kovalam was excellent. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff was very cooperative. Room service was also good. I will definitely recommend it to others.

Country spa wellness resort food good, rooms are neat & hygiene, they have swimming pool for adult & children separately. New year event chand me-lam was highlight, new year 31st dc dinner only fair, no cases to public buses only auto or cab overall experience good. Access not cases

The locations of this resort is near kovalam beach. Rooms are good. Foods are okay, but services are satisfactory.

Basic amenities were missing like wifi, mineral water, phone, and clean swimming pool. Instead of mineral water, a water bottle was filled from ro was provided. To reach reception or restaurant, mobile phone numbers were provided which were busy during peak hours. Swimming pool wasn't cleaned enough. No feedback option at the reception. Location is deep inside, near to beach but way to beach isn't good.

Stay was not as expected, they didn’t even provide a chair to that room. I got one after i fought with them. Food was good. Overall room was bad and not good looking and i am not satisfied about the room and its amenities.

Checked in after booking and checked out in 5 minutes. Specifically had asked the property before booking regarding the pool, and was told that the pool was fully functional with clean water. The property was poorly maintained and same was the condition of the pool. Not recommended unless the management makes changes. Another perplexing experience was when i went to check out, the reception staff was least bothered and didn't even ask the reason for someone checking out 5 mins after checking in. In fact after booking 2 rooms and digesting the loss.
