The ambience and facilities are terrible. booked seeing it as a Dimora hotel, but the facilities are below expectations. won't book a second time

The breakfast was the highlight, their dosas and omelette were really good. The reception is also very spacious, though they could improve upon the toiletries, and amenities.

I recently stayed at Court 11 by Dimora in Ernakulam, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff were courteous and welcoming, which made a big difference. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with comfortable amenities. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and parking facilities. However, I did notice that the location could be improved - parking was a bit tight, and the room initially had a bad smell, but the staff helped resolve the issue promptly. The hotel's proximity to Marine Drive Kochi and other attractions was a plus. I'd recommend Court 11 by Dimora for its value for money and good service. Looking forward to my next stay!

It was a very good experience as the check-in was smooth and the thing to highlight is the breakfast . The breakfast was served on the rooftop restaurant which was a 10/10 ambiance and quality . The staffs are very friendly in case of some emergencies of late check-out or check-in . Room service was very good and hygienic.

Room service is very bad no assistance.when we ask for a additional chair they gave a plastic chair because we booked for twin share and there was only one chair.Breakfast counter so much ants .

The stay was quite comfortable and the location is near to transportation, food and other services. The staff in the reception was very helpful. Overall the room was quite good. But if you need a spacious room, its better to upgrade.

The stay was really good. The staff was polite and helpful. The location was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t try the food as it was chargeable, but overall everything else was great. Would definitely recommend!
