Mr. George varghese, owner of court view homestay was so gentle, humble and really very caring. He arranged everything comfortable for us. He was so friendly and the facilities in the room were so awesome. Good price affordability. I really miss the room stay and i'll always plan my stay at court view homestay whenever i visit cochin. Really the hospitality and arrangements at the room was excellent. I personally prefer the homestay for everyone who needs a pleasant, caring and affordable stay at cochin. Thank you.

I recently stayed at Court View Homestay, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. 🏡✨ The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, offering stunning views of city. It had all the amenities I could possibly need, and the cozy atmosphere made it hard to leave! The location was perfect, with easy access to Marin Drive. I enjoyed exploring the area and trying out local restaurants.

It was an excellent stay, the room and bathroom were very neat and clean the surroundings were also very clean. The caretaker is a very polite and helpful man. It was a nice experience, definitely next time i will choose this stay. Thank you for the good service.

Location of the property is very accessib;e. Room is good & spacious. But bed sheets were not changed.
